Ewing sarcoma is a rare type of cancer that occurs in bones or in the soft tissue around the bones. This cancer most often begins in the long bones of the pelvis, legs or arms, but it can occur in any bone. Less often, Ewing sarcoma starts in the soft tissues of the arms, legs, abdomen or other locations.

Major advancements in the treatment of Ewing sarcoma have significantly improved outcomes. After completion of treatment, people need lifelong monitoring for potential late effects of intense chemotherapy and radiation.

Ewing sarcoma is more common in teenagers and young adults, but it can occur at any age.

In the university clinic of Heidelberg in Germany Nadzeya tolerated the most difficult operation which lasted more than 6 hours. Doctors told that everything passed successful and everything was all right with the realization of the operation.

The girl is weak, restoration should take up a lot of time. At the moment Nadzeya can’t be much time in a sitting position, standing or going. In cooperation with the physiotherapist the girl steps with a support, but she has no forces and energy to move. Nadzeya is waiting for chemotherapy courses which demand an extra charge. The sum is impressive and Nadia’s family can’t raise 89 100 EUR under own steam.
